[edit] Is San Fernando larger?

Is San Fernando larger than Port of Spain? The opening line of this article indicates that. I was unaware of that.

Yes - 55,000 versus 49,000 (see Regional Corporations and Municipalities of Trinidad and Tobago). Guettarda 04:54, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Adding images and so forth

I've been fairly quiet, taking pictures here and there throughout Trinidad and Tobago, and I'll be adding them as I can. Ideas/thoughts can be stuck on my talk page. What I am going to try to do tomorrow is get a picture of 2006 High Street similar to the same 1890 shot. I *believe* this might be possible from the bottom of High Street near where Medford Gas Station used to be, BUT the buildings have become somewhat taller so... I'll just do my best. Sorry for my 'absence'.

I have 944 pictures at present of San Fernando related things here under a CC 2.5 sharealike license. Feel free to use them. --TaranRampersad 15:58, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Query

I'm looking at the Utilities section, and I'm thinking that this should be merged into the main Trinidad and Tobago article since no cities vary, and it does not look like they will for the forseeable future. Of course, if we're working off of a template, I might have missed something and would appreciate getting pointing in the right direction. Thanks. --TaranRampersad 00:07, 5 June 2006 (UTC)

I copied the overall structure from an Aussie city (I can't remember which one right now). While it will be invariant, I don't see anything wrong with including it in all long-form articles for completeness - after all, it's only a paragraph, and it might be interesting to a reader who doesn't want to dig through the whole TT article.
