Santo Stefano di Magra is a comune (municipality) in the Province of La Spezia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 80 km southeast of Genoa and about 11 km northeast of La Spezia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 8,368 and an area of 14.0 km².[1]
