Santo Stefano Quisquina (Santu Stèfanu Quisquina in Sicilian) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Agrigento in the Italian region Sicily, located about 60 km south of Palermo and about 35 km north of Agrigento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,310 and an area of 85.9 km².[1] It has strong ties with Tampa, Florida.
Santo Stefano Quisquina borders the following municipalities: Alessandria della Rocca, Bivona, Cammarata, Casteltermini, Castronovo di Sicilia, San Biagio Platani.
