Santiago Fusilier (born December 12, 1983 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine football player who currently plays for the Carolina RailHawks of the USL First Division in the United States.
Fusilier played for North Carolina State University from 2003 to 2006 and for RailHawks coaches Scott Schweitzer and Damon Nahas as a member of the Raleigh Elite in the USL Premier Development League. In 2007, he signed with the expansion Carolina RailHawks of the USL First Division.
