Santiago Amat Cansino (born June 22, 1896 - died November 11, 1982) was a Spanish sailor who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics, in the 1928 Summer Olympics, and in the 1932 Summer Olympics.
In 1932 he won the bronze medal in the Olympic monotype class.
