Santeri Palin (also known as Incánus) (born September 15, 1983) was born in Nokia, Finland.[1] Currently he's living in Vesilahti, Finland. He is a Finnish poet[2], who writes poems in Finnish and English. In 2006 a book publishing company Pilot-kustannus published his first anthology Elämän kolmio kuoleman syklissä – ajatuksia reunalta[3] (The Triangle of Life in the Cycle of Death – Thoughts from the Edge) which is currently untranslated in English. However, there are few English poems in the book too.

[edit] Palin's interest in Tolkien
Santeri has always liked the works of J. R. R. Tolkien and finally in December 2006 he was chosen as the first president of Kontu Internet Community[4] (or Verkkoyhteisö Kontu ry) which is the association that maintains Kontu, the largest Tolkien related Internet community in Finland.
