Sant Sri Asaramji Ashram is an ashram place, where the devotees of Sant Sri Asaramji Bapu visit for performing their prayers and practising yoga and dhyaan. The first of such ashrams was established at Ahmedabad, in Gujrat, on the banks of the river Sabarmati, in 1971. [1]

There are more than 111 Sant Sri Asaramji Ashram's all around the world today. Along with the ashram's there are more than 1500 meditation centres operating throughout the world.[1]

There is a special Ashram for women in Ahmedabad. The women residing in this Mahila (Women) Ashram devote their time to Sadhna (performing spiritual practices) & Seva under the guidance of the honorable mother Laxmidevi. [2]

The aim of Ashram & Yoga Vedanta Samitis is to show the path of real peace & happiness to common man. They are involved in various activities targeted to the spiritual, moral, educational & health related upliftment of the society. The organization is also involved in providing financial-aid to the poor & needy.

Sant Sri Asaramji Ashram aims to show the path of real peace and happiness to the masses. Its involvement in various activities is always targeted towards the spiritual, moral, educational, and health related uplifting of the society[3].

Ashram also provides financial aid to the poverty-stricken people in India. Also, a number of activities of supporting local and people in need with food, shelter, education are performed by the ashram. It has also been egaged in many humanitarian relief efforts from time to time.

Ashrams in different parts of the India also hosts a number of satsangs of Sant Sri Asaramji Bapu.

Sant Sri Asaramji Ashram's also manufacture a number of Ayurvedic medicines, spiritual books, stationary etc.

Sant Sri Asaramji Bapu is a saint from India, endearingly called 'Bapuji' by his followers.

Travelling extensively in India & abroad, He preaches the message of Vedanta, Yoga, divine love, Bhakti (devotion) & Mukti (Salvation) through His teachings & Satsangs. In 1993, at the Parliament of world Religions, Bapuji was elected as a committee member of the assembly of Global Religions.

He wishes to share His spiritual experiences with others so that they too may attain bliss within. The young & the old, the rich & the poor, the atheist & ardent, all find Bapuji approachable. He easily conquers the hearts of even the most cynical people with His simple, welcoming & unassuming nature. Different kinds of people come to Him, some for devotion, meditation, satsang, others for solutions to their worldly problems, & still others for relief from diseases. He listens to their problems, spiritual or otherwise, gives advice & guidance, & brings reassurance to grief-stricken.[4]
