Sant'Yago Knight Parade

The Sant' Yago Knight Parade, also known as Gasparilla Night Parade is a celebration held in the Channel District of Tampa and Ybor City, Florida. The event features illuminated floats and takes place annually one Saturday evening in February and runs into the early morning hours. The event was founded in 1972 by The Krewe of the Knights of Sant' Yago which has hosted the event each year since and in 2008 the event will celebrate its 38th anniversary. Its typical takes place a few weeks after the similar Gasparilla Pirate Festival and is considered the more "adult-oriented" of the two parades.
