Sant'Ilario d'Enza is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Reggio Emilia in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 80 km northwest of Bologna and about 15 km northwest of Reggio Emilia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 10,223 and an area of 20.2 km².[1]
The municipality of Sant'Ilario d'Enza contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Cabianca, Calerno, Case Paterlini, Case Via Sabotino, Case Zinani, Castellana, Chiavicone, Ghiara, Partitore, Rampa d'Enza, and Villa Spalletti.
Sant'Ilario d'Enza borders the following municipalities: Campegine, Gattatico, Montecchio Emilia, Montechiarugolo, Parma, Reggio Emilia.
