Sant'Andrea Frius is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cagliari in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 30 km north of Cagliari. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,866 and an area of 36.5 km².[1]
Sant'Andrea Frius borders the following municipalities: Barrali, Dolianova, Donorì, Ortacesus, San Basilio, San Nicolò Gerrei, Senorbì, Serdiana.
