Sant'Agata li Battiati is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Catania in the Italian region Sicily, located about 160 km southeast of Palermo and about 0 km north of Catania. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 9,939 and an area of 3.1 km².[1]
Sant'Agata li Battiati borders the following municipalities: Catania, Gravina di Catania, San Giovanni la Punta, Tremestieri Etneo.
