Sant'Abbondio was a comune (municipality) in the province of Como, Lombardy (northern Italy) on the north-west shore of Lake Como between Santa Maria Rezzonico and Menaggio. The town also bordered on Plesio and (across the lake in the province of Lecco) Bellano and Perledo.
Sant'Abbondio had a total area of 7 km². In 2001 the population was 777, giving a density of 111 inhabitants/km².
On 1 January 2003 Sant'Abbondio and Santa Maria Rezzonico merged to form the new commune of San Siro.
