Sanja Stijačić

Sanja Stijačić (Serbian Cyrilic: Сања Стијачић) is a Serbian flutist and flute professor.

She graduated and completed her postgraduate studies at the Academy of Arts, in Novi Sad, Serbia, where studied with Professor Marijan Egić. Additionally, she studied in Basel, with Professor Aurèl Nicolet.
[edit] Performance career
Mrs. Stijačić had many concerts in Yugoslavia and abroad as soloist, chamber and orchestral musician. She was member of and/or played with such orchestras as Symphony Orchestra of the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, Orchestra of the Opera of the Serbian National Theatre in Novi Sad, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Vojvodina and others. She made recordings for the Radio-Television of Novi Sad, Radio-Television of Belgrade, and Radio-Television of Priština.

Mrs. Stijačić has been Professor of Flute at the University of Priština Faculty of Arts , Serbia, and Music Academy in East Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
