Sangoss Sanourd is a renowned surfer from east Iceland. He was born in 1967 and raised in Reykjavík. He has won a variety of surfing titles such as the Brazilian Bronze Bowl and a silver at the International Whitebread Surfing Championship in 1999.
He has formed a close rivalry with Chris Burkard.
