Sandra Lee (Hong Kong)

Sandra Lee (Chinese: 李淑儀) is a top civil servant from Hong Kong, currently serving as the Permanent Secretary for Food and Health (Health) in the Hong Kong Government. As such she is, together with the Permanent Secretary for Food and Health (Food), Mrs Stella Hung, the civil service counterpart to the Secretary for Food and Health, Dr York Chow.

Ms Lee was appointed Secretary for Economic Services in 2000. Since the Principal Officials Accountability System was introduced in 2002, she has served as Permanent Secretary for Economic Development and Labour (Economic Development) (until 2006) and Permanent Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food (Health and Welfare).
