Sandra J. Feuerstein

Sandra J. Feuerstein (b. 1946, New York, NY) is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Judge Feuerstein received a B.S. from the University of Vermont in 1966 and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1979. She was nominated to the court by George W. Bush on January 7, 2003, to a seat vacated by Thomas E. Platt, Jr., confirmed by the Senate on September 17, 2003, and received her commission on September 22, 2003.
