Sandi Gbandi Junior (born 12 July 1983 in Harbel) is a Liberian-American soccer player who currently plays with Puerto Rico Islanders of USL First Division in the United States. Born on the Firestone Rubber Plantation, Gbandi and his family moved to Houston, Texas at the beginning of the First Liberian Civil War in 1989. He was six years old. Gbandi played with his brother, Chris, while they both played for FC Dallas.
