Sandeid

Sandeid is a former municipality in Rogaland county, Norway.
It was created by a split from Vikedal on 1 January 1923. At that time Sandeid had a population of 558.
On 1 January 1965 Sandeid was merged with Imsland, Vikedal, Vats and part of Skjold to form the new municipality Vindafjord. Prior to the merger Sandeid had a population of 876.
