"Sanatorium Altrosa (Musical Therapy for Spiritual Dysfunction)" is the title of Darkwave band Sopor Aeternus & The Ensemble of Shadows' eleventh album. It was released on 30 April 2008. Released 999 copies for both editions^[1]. A Standard release is set to be released on 29th August 2008.
