San Salvatore di Fitalia is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located about 120 km east of Palermo and about 70 km west of Messina. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,573 and an area of 14.9 km².[1]

The municipality of San Salvatore di Fitalia contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) S.Antonio, Mallina, Dovera, Grazia, Scrisera, S.Adriano, S. Biagio, S.Lucia, Pagliazzo, and Bufana.
