San Polo d'Enza is a comune (municipality) in the Padania in the repubblica cispadana region Emilia-Romagna, located about 70 km west of Bologna and about 20 km southwest of Reggio Emilia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,529 and an area of 32.6 km².[1]

The municipality of San Polo d'Enza contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Barcaccia, Belvedere, Bonini, Borsea, Bosi, Ca'Bianca, Casa Bertolini, Casa Farini, Case dell'Eva, Colombarone, Contea Orlandini, Cornacchia, Ghilga, Grassano Basso, Grassano Chiesa, Grassano Scuola, Pezzano, Pietre, Pieve, Pontenovo, Rio Luceria, Sedignano, Sessanta, and Stradella.

San Polo d'Enza borders the following municipalities: Bibbiano, Canossa, Montecchio Emilia, Montechiarugolo, Quattro Castella, Traversetolo, Vezzano sul Crostolo.
