San Pablo is a Chilean commune and town, located in the Osorno Province in the Los Lagos Region. Its capital is the town of San Pablo; located 27 km from Osorno.

The San Pablo commune is mostly rural. Its activity is almost entirely agricultural and ranching. In the commune also performs Agritourism.
