San Gorgonio River

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The San Gorgonio River is a river in western Riverside County, California, United States, except for a small upstream portion in southwestern San Bernardino County. The river's source is in the San Bernardino Mountains, and the river flows south and then east to its confluence with the Whitewater River. It drains the land east of the San Gorgonio Pass, while the South Fork of the Santa Ana River drains the land west. The river is intermittent, with large flows only following winter storms and snowmelt in the spring.
