San Giovanni Ilarione is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Verona in the Italian region Veneto, located about 90 km west of Venice and about 20 km northeast of Verona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,067 and an area of 25.3 km².[1]

The municipality of San Giovanni Ilarione contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Castello and Cattignano.

San Giovanni Ilarione borders the following municipalities: Cazzano di Tramigna, Chiampo, Montecchia di Crosara, Roncà, Tregnago, and Vestenanova.
