San Giorgio Scarampi is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Asti in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 70 km southeast of Turin and about 30 km south of Asti. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 122 and an area of 6.0 km².[1]

San Giorgio Scarampi borders the following municipalities: Olmo Gentile, Perletto, Roccaverano, and Vesime.
