San Fratello (Latin: Apollonia[1]), formerly San Filadelfo, is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located about 110 km east of Palermo and about 90 km west of Messina. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,371 and an area of 67.1 km².[2]

San Fratello borders the following municipalities: Acquedolci, Alcara li Fusi, Caronia, Cesarò, Militello Rosmarino, Sant'Agata di Militello.
