San Fernando is a municipality in the province of Masbate, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 19,179 people in 4,222 households. This place lies along the shoreline of Ticao Island. The mode of living there is fishing, farming, and other trades.

The only Catholic Church in the municipality is Holy Infant Parish, which is under the Diocese of Masbate. The parish priest is Fr. Juan A. Medillo, as of March 30, 2008.
