San Biagio Platani (San Biaggiu Plàtini in Sicilian) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Agrigento in the Italian region Sicily, located about 70 km south of Palermo and about 20 km north of Agrigento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,689 and an area of 42.4 km².[1]

San Biagio Platani borders the following municipalities: Alessandria della Rocca, Casteltermini, Sant'Angelo Muxaro, Santo Stefano Quisquina.
