San Antonio del Sur is a municipality and city in the Guantánamo Province of Cuba. It is located on the southern coast of Cuba, bordering the Windward Passage to the south.

In 2004, the municipality of San Antonio del Sur had a population of 26,509.[2] With a total area of 585 km² (225.9 sq mi),[1] it has a population density of 45.3/km² (117.3/sq mi).
