[edit] Zooqoo
A tag has been placed on Zooqoo, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.
If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. — ERcheck (talk) 23:25, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Naijapals
Hello. I notice that you keep removing the "Notability" and "Orphan" tags from the Naijapals article without having addressed the issues they raise. The orphan issue is addressed simply by creating internal links to the article from other, related articles- something someone who is as knowledgeable about the subject as yourself should find very easy to do. You really need to read through the Notability guideline to see and understand what you have to do to make the article compliant with it. In general, a subject is considered notable enough for inclusion in the encyclopedia if they have been non-trivially mentioned in secondary reliable sources (the Quantcast listing counts as trivial). The article needs to explicitly state how if meets the guideline and cite those sources for verification. If you do not, the article may be nominated for deletion. The tags are there to help you understand what needs to be done to the article to avoid that eventuality, please do not remove them until the issues are addressed. Thank you! --Ashanda (talk) 18:34, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Unspecified source for Image:Naijapals_logo.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Naijapals_logo.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 02:22, 30 April 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? cohesion 02:22, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Copyright problems with Image:Naijapals logo.gif
An image that you uploaded, Image:Naijapals logo.gif, has been listed at Wikipedia:Copyright problems because it is a suspected copyright violation. Please look there if you know that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), and then provide the necessary information there and on its page, if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Ashanda (talk) 19:55, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Speedy deletion of Naijapals
A tag has been placed on Naijapals, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. —Ashanda (talk) 20:22, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
