Samshaw is the username for Samantha Olivia Shaw who currently resides in New South Wales, Australia with her parents and brothers. Samantha was born in 1993 though prefers not to disclose the exact date.

"When I first meet someone, I come across as very quiet and shy," says Samantha. "But I'm not. I'm absolutely crazy. Ohhh boy, you would never guess." Samantha admits her friends influence the way once... we take advantage of it." "I have a very strong character and I don't like people pushing me around. I stand up for myself, my family and my friends. I prefer to take things head on, rather than avoid them."

Samantha enjoys reading, athletics (especially highjump), playing soccer, writing, making and edditting computer and graphic HTMLand hanging with her three bestfriends. "I love spending time with my friends," says Samantha. "You know, just the usual stuff. Shopping, chatting on the phone, watching movies, hanging out at school."

Samantha houses four dogs (three shi-tzus and a king charles spaniel X pomeranian) which belong to the family and owns her own green and yellow budgy named Tippi. She loves to spend time with animal and despises animal cruelty and product testing on animals. Samantha claims, "If I didn't like the taste of meat so much, I would become a vegetarian." Prior to this statement, she also thinks one of her friends descision to become a vegetarian is silly. "You get a lot of good nutrition from meat," says Samantha. "Also... you can't eat a lot of tasty stuff like spaghetti bolognaise, pizza, and other stuff too. And how GROSS is that vegetarian meat? It's not even real meat!" Samantha pauses to imitate puking. She then continues, talking for a very long time about vegetarian food and how much she dislikes it.

Samantha is a Christian and attends a branch of Christian City Church. Samantha says "It sounds SO corny and heaps of people say it, but I prefer to call it a 'relationship, not a 'religion'". When asked what Samantha actually believes, she said, "I believe Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a perfect life, died a horrible death on a cross and then rose from the dead. He did this so that I, and everyone else in the world, could be freed of our sins (which he took upon himself) so that when we die, we can have an eternal relationship with him in heaven. In a nutshell, that's what I believe. Like, so many people think Christianity is about a whole bunch of rule keeping and hymn singing (of which I don't do by the way) but it's not."
