Sameera Sandaruwan is an IU Engineer (User Interface) for four years and huge experience with CSS, HTML, XHHTML and Javascript. Now being done reseach in IE 7 and CSS3 compatibility.

I believe in myself that I have a good theoretical knowledge in the field, and day to day being updated with new height of filed experiences since 4 years in lecturing, team leading, project management, web designing, web developing, e-commerce solutions, web based marketing and promotions. My functions were scheduling work, team handling, communication with clients, meeting project deadlines on time outstanding communication with head office located in Australia. Fortunately I had several chances to work in foreign clients in my projects. Within my team I cloud create a good atmosphere and achieved international exposure. I have an excellent command of the English language to complement the above.

Accomplishments / Achievements:
Every project which I did, when was a team leader, in my former organization I wanted to bring latest technology to the client as well as to the user, most of them I won by myself and some gathered as a team. When I join with wwwdesign.net I didn't have much experience in practical, but I could achieve all deadlines and pleasure from my members as well as management. All day to day issues like software and network problems, I could archive in myself which were a plus point to reach my heights.
