[edit] Regarding Saito

Please pay attention, he was never referred as a captain in the OVA (because he wasn't a captain for the most part of the OVA). Okita was never referred as a captain either until the end of the OVA and they became captains at the same time. Seven (talk) 11:04, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
