Samvrutha Sunil (also known as Samvritha) is a South Indian actress. She was introduced to the film industry through a Malayalam film Rasikan opposite Dileep. She had acted in several films in Tamil and Malayalam. She was a student of St.Theras's college, Cochin.

Her first film Rasikan was a super hit but the next films fared poorly. She got a prestigious project Skaria Pothan Jeevichiripundu opposite super star Mohanlal, but the film was shelved. Her first Tamil film, Uyir, was a moderate success. Her latest release in malayalam titled Chocolate was a superhit. Her future projects include the multi-starrer Twenty:20. The 6 feet tall actress is going to make her Telugu debut as the heroine of the film. She had recently completed acting with Tamil actor Shrikanth in her debut Tamil film. Rajashekar’s pervious film’s heroine, Shridevika, too was from Kerala.
