Samuel Bogumił Linde (11 or 24 April 1771 - 8 August 1847) was a Polish lexicographer, linguist and librarian. A member of Society of Friends of Science, he was an important figure in the Enlightenment in Poland. His major work was the creation of the dictionary of the Polish language.
