Samuel Halpert (1884 /Bialystok RU – 1930 /Detroit MI ) was a United States "Colorist" painter. He and Man Ray studied under Robert Henri at the Ferrer Center and in 1913 left to set up an artist's community in Ridgefield, New Jersey.
