Samuel Goldwyn Television 1 (SGT) was a U.S. television production/distribution company that was formed in 1979 by The Samuel Goldwyn Company. It was folded into MGM Television in 2000.

1. This is a list of all of the series produced and/or distributed by SGTV. Other series in this list are now distributed by other companies. The rest of the TV series by Samuel Goldwyn Television are now distributed by MGM Television.

2. Flipper was later owned by Turner Entertainment. The Samuel Goldwyn Company successor MGM Television now owns some ancillary rights.

4. The show was co-produced and co-distributed by Universal Television and later Studios USA, which is now NBC Universal Television.
