Jorge Samuel Caballero (born December 24, 1974 in Gracias a Dios department, Honduras) is a Honduran football (soccer) defender.
Caballero began his career with Olimpia in Honduras, playing with the team from 1996 until transferring overseas in 2001. He moved to Serie A to play for Udinese, where he would remain until moving to Salernitana in 2004. He then played for Nacional in Uruguay, before his move to Major League Soccer and the Chicago Fire. Caballero had a disappointing 2005 with the club, and was released. He has spent the 2006 preseason with the Colorado Rapids.
Caballero also has been a hugely important force on the Honduran national team, playing during 2002 and 2006 World Cup Qualifiers.
