Samuel Beckles

Samuel H. Beckles, born 1814 died 1890, was an English 19th century dinosaur hunter, who collected remains in Sussex and the Isle of Wight. He described Iguanodon trackways in 1851. The dinosaur Becklespinax was named in his honour.
