The Samsung T509 is a 9.8 mm sleek candybar camera phone that was released for T-Mobile in May of 2006. The T509 has bluetooth connectivity, and is similar to the Motorola SLVR L6. The phone has been officially discontinued by T-Mobile as of May 2007, but is still available through the T-Mobile to Go service. A Plum-colored variant was known as the SGH-T509s, and made available shortly after the release of the original T509. Its successor is the T519.
