Sammarinese Independent Democratic Socialist Party (PSDIS) was a political party in San Marino. PSDIS was formed on April 14, 1957 following a split from the Sammarinese Socialist Party, which emerged when the secretary of PSS and editor of the party publication Il Nuovo Titano, Dr. Alvaro Casali, was expelled. The issue behind the split was that the minority around Casali wanted to break the cooperation between PSS and the Sammarinese Communist Party.
At its foundation PSDIS had five member of the Grand Council in amongst the founders of the party, Casali, Domenico Forcellini, Giuseppe Forcellini, Federico Micheloni and Pio Galassi.
PSDIS entered into a coalition government together with the Sammarinese Christian Democratic Party.
In 1975 PSDIS suffered a split. The leftist section of the party formed the United Socialist Party.
