Sammarinese Christian Democratic Party

The Sammarinese Christian Democratic Party (Italian: Partito Democratico Cristiano Sammarinese) is a Right wing, Conservative, and Christian democratic political party in San Marino.
It currently has 21 out of 60 seats in the Grand and General Council of San Marino which it won in the 2006 legislative elections and also gained 32.9 % of the national vote. the party is currently in opposition to the governing political coalition of PSD, AP and Sinistra Unita. It is led by Giovanni Lonfernini, who is a former Captain-Regent of the state and is one of the youngest political party leaders in the world.
The party is an observer member of the European People's Party (EPP).
