Samir Muratović (born on 25 February 1976 in Zvornik, Bosnia-Herzegovina) is a Bosnian footballer, currently playing for Sturm Graz.

Muratović started his career at Drina Zvornik of First League of the Republika Srpska, which is not recognized by UEFA. He then moved to Turkey for Kocaelispor. In 1999, he moved back to Bosnia for FK Željezničar of Bosniak league. He then have a short spell at Chemnitzer FC and then moved to Saturn of Russia.
In January 2004, he moved to Grazer AK, until summer 2007 the club relegated.[1]
