Samborombón Bay (Spanish: Bahía de Samborombón) is a bay in the Atlantic Ocean, at the outlet of the Río de la Plata in Argentina. It is located 160 km (100 miles) southeast of Buenos Aires city. The bay is 135 km (85 miles) long and stretches from Point Piedras to Point Norte, starting point of Cape San Antonio.

The bay receives the Salado and Samborombón rivers, as well as other minor streams.
