Samuel Richard Harris (born January 31, 1980 in Auckland, New Zealand) is a New Zealand rugby union player for the NSW Waratahs in the Super 14 competition, he previously played Rugby League for the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles.
Harris' only representative appearance in Rugby League came in 2004 when he played for City in the annual City v. Country match. His position of choice is in the second row. He returned to rugby union in 2007 when he signed on with the Waratahs franchise for the 2007 Super 14 competition playing at centre playing alongside another new zealand born player centre, Morgan Turinui
