Samuel "Sam" Duncum (born 18 February 1987 in Sheffield, England) is an English footballer, currently playing for Ilkeston Town.
[edit] Career
Dumcum started his career with Rotherham United in 2005 and made his debut in a 3–1 defeat to Gillingham in the Football League Championship on 5 March 2005.[1][2] He finished the 2004–05 season with two appearances and made one appearance the subsequent season.[3][4] He made two substitute appearances during the 2006–07 season as Rotherham were relegated to League Two.[5]
He joined Conference National side York City on a month's loan in February 2008,[6] which was extended for a further month in March, despite him having aggrivated a hamstring injury.[7] He finished this loan spell in April with two appearances in the Conference National and was invited to return to the club in pre-season to attempt to win a contract.[8][9] He however signed for Ilkeston Town in May.[10]
