Sam Dixon is the head women's basketball coach at Furman University. In five years at Furman, he has a .497 winning percentage. He coached as an assistant at Clemson University from 1999 to 2001. He previously served as an assistant at the University of Arizona. He served as an assistant men's basketball coach at Northern Illinois University, Davidson University, Kent State University, and Northern Kentucky University.
