Sam Cowen

British-born Sam Cowen is a South African radio DJ and co-host of the popular breakfast show 'The Rude Awakening' that airs every weekday on Johannesburg's popular local radio station 94.7 Highveld Stereo.
She has also written a book called Waiting for Christopher, a tongue-in-cheek look at pregnancy and pregnant mothers, written whilst she herself was pregnant with her son, Christopher.
