This is a listing of all of the singles and albums released by American R&B singer and songwriter, Sam Cooke. Over the course of his eight year career, Cooke charted twenty-nine Top 40 singles on the Billboard Pop Singles chart. He also charted twenty singles in the top ten of Billboard's R&B chart, Black Singles chart.

After his death, a number of compilations and anthologies were released by numerous labels and imprints to varying success. The most notable of these compilations are the 2003 anthology, Portrait of a Legend: 1951-1964 and One Night Stand: Sam Cooke Live at the Harlem Square Club, 1963, a 2005 reissue (remixed, and with improved sound) of the title concert, first released in 1985.
