Sam Barlow High School is a secondary school located in the countryside near Gresham, Oregon. It was named for the pioneer Sam Barlow.
As of 2006, the school enrolls around 1850 students accompanied by 150 staff members. The school principal is James Hiu.

- Fred Jones - A shooting guard who has played for the NBA's Indiana Pacers, Toronto Raptors, Portland Trail Blazers and New York Knicks
- Brian Burres - A left-handed relief pitcher for Major League Baseball's Baltimore Orioles.
- Eric Matthews - recording artist, arranger, and trumpet player. Recorded for Sub Pop Records (1995-1999), and Empyrean Records (2005-present).
